Not receiving email reminders
Didn’t get an email reminder from Little Memory?
Check the following instructions to figure out a possible cause:
- Make sure your email reminder frequency is set to something other than never.
- If you already wrote a memory for a day, you won’t receive a reminder for that day.
- For Gmail users, if you notice emails from Little Memory are going into your Trash, please check out Gmail’s Help on how to diagnose the problem. Some Little Mem’mers have noticed that Gmail’s filters can be overzealous and cause reminders to be sent to the Trash.
