Baked a raisin pie and and egg pie today. My first attempt at egg pie ever. Pretty sure I fucked up since it souffléd in the oven haha but it tastes nice :) hopefully the father in law Norm loves it - apparently it's his favourite. Fingers crossed 🤞 UPDATE: Aunt Line and Norm both loved the pies!! :) apparently it was supposed to puff up 😅
