Is there an Android version of Little Memory?

Not right now. Little Memory is only on iPhone, and I don’t have an Android version planned.

I get asked this a lot, and I’m glad people ask, so I’d like to explain why there isn’t an app in the Google Play Store for you to install.

Why there isn’t one yet

I use an iPhone every day, and I don’t use Android. Most of what makes Little Memory feel right comes from writing in it myself every night and fixing the small things that bug me. I can’t do that on a phone I don’t use on a regular basis, and I only want to make something if I know it can be truly great.

Building a second app, and maintaining it, is also a lot of work. Right now I don’t have the time to do it well, and I’d rather wait than put out something I can’t put my full heart into.

Letting me know still helps

If you’d use an Android version, I’d still like to hear from you at ivan@thelittlememory.com. I’m not ruling it out, and knowing how many people are asking is useful.
