Personal information we collect

The Little Memory app doesn’t need an account. If you made an account with an earlier version of Little Memory, we have the e-mail address you signed up with. We will not disclose any information that you provide to us except in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Non-personal information we collect

We may collect information about you that is not personal information. When you access our website, we may collect such things as your IP address, browser, operating system, referring URL, and other general information about our visitors. This information, on its own, cannot usually be used to identify you.

Use of information

We may use your information:

Apple Health

If you allow it, Little Memory can save information about your journaling, such as time spent writing and how you’re feeling, to Apple Health on your device. Health information is never sent to our servers, used for advertising, or shared with third parties. You can turn this off in the app’s Settings at any time, and manage or delete the information in the Health app.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep you signed in to an account from an earlier version of Little Memory, and to understand how visitors use the site.

Third party services

We use other companies to host and run Little Memory, and they may store or process your information on our behalf. We only share what they need to do that work.

Law enforcement

We may disclose your information to a third party where we believe, in good faith, that it is desirable to do so for the purposes of a civil action, criminal investigation, or other legal matter. In the event that we receive a subpoena affecting your privacy, we may elect to notify you to give you an opportunity to file a motion to quash the subpoena, or we may attempt to quash it ourselves, but we are not obligated to do either.

We use SSL to help secure our website and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No service can promise perfect security, so we also recommend keeping your devices up to date and protected.
