This morning I woke up and went to the gym before work. I am really trying to be in control of my life. I can't allow my flare ups to continue as they have been. It's time to regain control and do what I love. I love teaching and I need energy to do it. With allergy flare ups and hives sometimes my energy is used up fighting off things in my body. Allergies can be miserable, especially when they cause hives and asthma and all sorts of shit!!!
